You may terminate this license at any time by destroying the software. This license is effective until terminated by TABS or upon your failure to comply with any term. You may not use the software, except in accordance with this license. You may not reverse compile or reverse engineer the software. You may not copy the software for any reason. You may use the software on a single machine or additional machines which you have licenses for. TABS disclaims responsibility for the installation and use of this software, and for the result obtained by using this software. This software is proprietary to TABS and may not be re-distributed without TABS's prior written consent. This software is licensed in accordance with the terms herein. This is a legal agreement between you, the end-user ("You"), and Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc.
